DDR2 prices to rise in June?

There's plenty of fast DDR2 out there right now; you can get a 2GB kit
of good name-brand DDR21066 right now for about $280. When AM2 hits
the scene on 06/06/06, I predict a rise in DDR2 prices as demand
increases. DDR1, on the other hand, will probably remain stable until
inventories are cleared, but how long will that take? What do *YOU*
think?

I think DDR2 will go up in price short term. Gouging.

It'll probably be better to wait for the newer faster stuff
though. I'd wait six months.

I think DDR will go up and never come down after they clear
out the backlog.
