DDE Server Window

When I close Internet Explorer, I receive the following error:
DDE Server Window:iexplore.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0X0160cd11" referenced memory at "0x0160cd11". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program

How do I fix this error?

I appreciate your help.
