dcpromo on domain controller

Hi All,

When I run the “dcpromo” program to make Server-A a member
server of us.servers.com domain, it failed to change the
proper settings on some of the server(s) (ie. us-server-
b), saying that access was denied. When the error message
for this came up, it asked for an “Enterprise
Administrator privileged account”. I'm using a Domain
Administrator's account for this process.

Any ideas what's causing this error.
