DCOM server not launched

I rec'd this error while using my PC. The system didn't
crashed. Do you know what caused it and is it something
serious?

Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server using
DefaultLaunchPermssion. The server is:
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
The user is Unavailable/Unavailable, SID=Unavailable.

getting the same followed the {00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} key to winword in the registry, seems like alot of people are getting this and no on e knows why, started end of March

Asked a buddy at MS and he had no idea
please post if asnyone has a fix
