This what I reeive when I run dcdiag, can anyone help with this message?

You didn't give enough info to work on. Event ID for this error would be a
good start.

As long as there's DNS resolution and unhindered LDAP, RPC and Kerberos
communication between the Sites (assuming your Sites are defined properly
with their assoctiated subnet objects and a Site link between them), then
replication should pretty much just work.

Things that can hinder RPC, LDAP and Kerberos:
1. Going across a NAT device
2. Firewalls
3. MTU alterations in the router

Hope that helped. Otherwise, if you can post:

1. The Event ID #,
2. An unedited ipconfig /all from this server and the server it's trying to
replicate to,

That may give us a good start. Let us know also:

1. Is your AD domain a single label name?
2. Using the same DNS servers or do you use your ISP's DNS in IP properties?
