dcdiag error

I get this error running DCDiag. Help!

"Starting Test: kccevent
An warning event occured. EventID: 0x80000495
Time generated: 02/09/2004 10:58:45
Event String: Internal Event: Exception e0010004 has
occurred
...............server1 failed test kccevent.
 
Look in the Event logs this is where DCDiag is pulling the KCC error from.



--Verify that the following registry key exist.



Registry Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage

Value name: 20261

Value Type: REG_SZ

Value String: c_20261.nls



--Also, check and see if the file exist at:

%systemroot%\system32\c_20261.nls



And is not marked read-only. The SYSTEM and system Administrators group
should
have all permissions; everyone else, read and read-execute.



--The size of the file should be around 139,810 to 140,288. If the file is
missing or much larger or smaller, you can replace it with the one from the
2000 CD. Simply insert the 2000 CD and run the following command:



expand <CD Rom Drive Letter>:\I386\C_20261.NL_ C:\WINNT\system32\c_20261.nls



Reboot the server and the error should stop!

The file is 137kb...I guess it's to small compared to
your numbers -I will try to replace it tonight. Thanks.

Could this error cause me not to be able to add a second
DC to my domain...I get "The replication operation failed
because of a schema mismatch between the servers
involved." I have the latest service packs on both
servers...Do you recomend I turn of the virus scanning
software when I try to add the dc?
