I just did an in-place install of Server 2003 on my NT4 PDC. I then
joined the new domain on a new Server 2003 computer. We are still in
NT4 compatibility mode, hopefully that is not the problem, because I
have an email server running on a NT4 BDC that I don't want to have to
reinstall on another server.

So anyway, I did the Exchange 2003 server install (even though I had
these errors on dcdaig). Everything installed properly, so not sure
if this stuff will effect the Exchange operation.

When I did the upgrade, I had some permission issues (I couldn't view
the Event Log). I deleted the GUEST and DOMAIN GUEST from my admin
account, then it worked.

Any help is appreciated. This is the error section of DCDIAG:

Following up my own message, when I installed AD, I had the server
running on DHCP. When I changed the IP address, services were still
looking for the AD controller on the old DHCP address. Ran ipconfig
/registerdns, restarted the netlogon service, and deleted the old DHCP
lease, and it works fine now.
