DCDiag error on some DC's

Hi I the the following on some but not all DC's:

Starting test: FsmoCheck
Warning: DcGetDcName(PDC_REQUIRED) call failed, error
1355
A Primary Domain Controller could not be located.
The server holding the PDC role is down.
......................... sealord.co.nz failed test
FsmoCheck

All other test appear fine, and the PDC server is
contactable and PDC role is fine - The only change made
recently was the server holding the PDC role was upgraded
to Win2003.
Any ideas?

Don't worry I've fixed
- It was missing a couple of DNS entries. netdiag /fix
fixed.
