DCdiag error =>Could not open SMTPSVC Service on [server]:failed w

Hi,

i'm in the process of preparing for a domain prep to windows 2003 on my
network. We ran a DCdiag to check if the current servers where ok and came
accross this error on a DC holding NO FSMO roles.

It is something to worry about? What would cause this error?

Starting test: Services
Could not open SMTPSVC Service on [server]:failed with 1060:
Win32 Error 1060
