dc promo to create 2nd DC

Hi,

I would like to run DC promo on my 2k exchange server to create another DC
for the same domain - simply as a backup.

Can I just lanch the DC promo tool and run through the install without too
many issues ?

(was not going to add DNS services).

i should point out that the server currently runs:

- 2k exchange (smtp + pop3)
- Software Update Services.
- Norton Antivirus Corporate edition source server.
- Tobit Faxware central services.

At least that,... or preferably a machine with nothing else other than DNS &
WINS and maybe DHCP if you are familiar with how to run two DHCP's on the
same network.
