DC not visible in network neighbourhood

Hi

One of our domain controllers is not appearing in network
neighbourhood. It is possible that a consultant that
worked for us a while ago set it up this way. I've checked
out Q321710 which describes a similar problem, but this
didn't work. Any ideas?

I had the same trouble with my home network, but in my
case both my servers (advanced server 2000) were missing.
The problem was thatnetbios was not enabled on either of
them. See appendix g netbios names in the networking giude
of technet. I hope this helps.

Domain Controller path not found

our domain controllers is not appearing in network
neighbourhood but we can ping it succesfully. When we try to connect to it remotely we get error massage that domain not availiable
