DC Hangs after logging on!!!

I have been doing some testing with windows 2000 sp4 and
one thing I noticed is that one of our DC's hangs right
after log on. It is stuck at loading your personal
settings. Has anybody seen this before?

I have the same problem except I don't get to the personal
settings before it hangs. As soon as I enter my password and
press enter it hangs. After about 3-5 minutes if logs in and
everything seems to be work correctly.
 
Our server takes a least an hour to log in to the
desktop... I wish mine was 3 to 5 minutes.
