DC for exchange

Hi to all!
Is it advisable that all Exchange server running is a Domain Controller. Is
this approach can speed up the MX.

No!

It is advisable to have Exchange 2000 running on a Member Server. Just like
for Terminal Services.

can you eloberate on why it should be on a member server instead of it
being on a DC.
