DC computeraccount overwritten by client account (probably)

In a SmallBusiness environment an administrator in a remote
office has joined a computer with the same name as the DC
to the domain. Of course nothing works now, one can log
on to the DC but there is no contact to the Active Directory
from any management program or AD-dependant service.

There is no backup.

Are there any tricks to regenerate the account?

Remove offending machine from domain. Next open ADSIEdit, and locate your
domain controller in OU=Domain Controllers, DomainNC. Open properties and
locate UserAccountControl attribute. For domain controllers it should read
532480. If not change it to this value. Restart DC.
