Good day,

We supply customers with returnable containers. Two sizes 3230 and 4548.
Each size or group if you may has about 200 conatiners individually number.
for example 325 is a 3230 returnable container. I would like to track the
status of these containers individually. Avaialble, Stock and Out. I also
want to be able to see how many of these are at whatever status at any given
time.

The part I am having a hard time with is how to set this up so that the
person entering the data of a status change to a container can just open up a
form and enter the infomation into the Dbase not having to recall each
individual conatiner by number and changing the status. I hope this makes
sense.

Any help would be appreciated.

How is the computer going to know that there is a status change for a
container if you don't want to enter the container number nor the status?

Are you saying that all 200 containers in a certain size get their status
changed all at once? Then why keep the status at the individual container
level, unless it varies by container?
