DB Results Error - ??

Any idea of what this means as I cannot find anything in the KB?

Database Results Error
File name or class name not found during Automation operation

(I am having big time problems with my hosting service)
 
File is in wrong location, has wrong name or is not there at all. Start by
checking files, data files for correct names and locations.
