From March 11th to April 1st all of our calendar appointments are ahead 1
hour. When I uninstalled the patches that Microsoft had us install it moved
the times back. However after doing this I received an error message about a
problem with outlook interface. We need to do this on the local workstations
for the time being until our Systems Admin returns, then she will install the
proper patches throughout the network. Any suggestions on how to remove
these patches without getting an error message every time I try to send a new
message?

you might want to re-consider removing the patch, because when the exchange
server is patched, the times will be off again, and you will have to
re-install it on the workstations to get it right again
