Daul booting win2k and NT4

I want to install NT4 workstation on a system already
running Win2k professional, but am unable to do so.
Can this be done or not??
 
You wont be able to. Windows NT needs to be at sp4 or later in order to
understand NTFS5 The only way is to first install Windows NT, service pack
it to at least sp4 before installing Windows 2000. Windows 2000 converts all
local NTFS drives to NTFS5
 
In case I have FAT16 partitions on my disk.
