Access Dateadd function question..

hey there..
i want to know how to add days to date from 2 userforms...
so when i enter date in textbox 1 from form1.. it asks me how many days i want to add to textbox 2..
the question is to show the other userform so i can type number of days i want to add.. but it doesnt work..
