Hi,

I want to set up a rule within the code or within the conditional formatting
using SQL to recognize if a date field is 3 business days ago. I don't want
to count weekends or holidays.

Thank,
Joel

You can't use a DASL query directly in the SQL tab because the search
criteria are generated internally by Outlook. You have to use the Advanced
tab for the Filter. Just add the required date field, use "on or after" for
the condition, and specify "3 business days ago" for the value.

Thank you. That's exactly what I needed to know.

Just a quick related question if you may - In a date field in a form, can
you type in "3 business days"? It doesn't work. Any suggestions?

-Joel

Thanks for your help.

All date fields on a form, custom or otherwise, don't appear to support
"advanced" English - date conversions. Phrases like "3 hours" or "3 days"
seems to work fine, but "3 business days" only seems to work for filters.
I
have no idea why.
