{Date update problem--- plz help}

hi all
i have a server win2k sp4
when the daylight saving happens
the server change its time to be gmt+3 (it was gmt+2)

the workstations is assumed to get its time from the server,
but all workstations that resides on the domain of that server get the time
wrongly
actully get the old time (gmt+2)

but all thee wrokstations that not on the domain get the time correctly.

can any one helps me.
or give an explanation

This is most likely because either the server or your workstations
do not have the "Daylight Saving Time" box ticked in the Date/Time -
Time Zone panel.
