One way would be to open (as an Admin) a cmd.exe session on the server
and issue DATE and TIME commands. That might be done using psexec.exe,
RConsole or other. Or a graphical remote control app like VNC perhaps.
Or you might Schedule a Task remotely that runs a commandline NTP
client or issues a NET TIME command. Probably many other
methods...maybe WMI script?
