Date in Access table

The date in the text file transposes the month and day when I import into my
Access table?
How do you set advanced specs when importing?

How a true date/time value is stored in Access is totally different than how
it appears. The appearance is managed by the formatting you apply, and by
your PC's international date/time settings.
