Hi,
I am developing a database in Australia, and we use the following date
format dd/mm/yy as opposed to the US format mm/dd/yy.
This difference is causing me some grief.
When I enter a date in the a date field as dd/mm/yy it stores it in the way
I enter it. However when I do a search on that date field it doesn't find
the record. If I type the date as mm/dd/yy it finds it.
Example, if the date entered in a record is 30/04/03 (30th April 2003) to
search for the record by date I need to enter the date date like this
04/30/03.
Is there a function I can use where it converts dd/mm/yy to mm/dd/yy so that
users can search by the correct format.
