I know how to use the date format to display the numeric value of months
(1-12) but I would like to display the numeric value for 36 months (1-36).
Does anyone know how I could accomplish this in a query?

Thanks,

Chris

Never heard of that. To what base do you compute that values?

Need some more information as to how you would use this as you could not use
criteria of month 36.
It would have to be months offset from something.

Asked elsewhere... and it's no more clear in this newsgroup what it is
you wish to accomplish than it was in the other newsgroup. 36 months
from when? In what context? In a report, On a form? In a query? An
example would have been helpful. We can't read your mind nor see your
database.

Please do not multi-post. If you feel you must post the same question
to more than one newsgroup (and it's seldom necessary), crosspost by
adding each additional newsgroup in the To Newsgroups: box, separated
by a comma.
This way a question and answer in one newsgroup will be seen in each
of the others. More readers will see the response and learn, and less
time will be spent on duplicate answers.

It's a great site to visit anyway.
