Date Format dd/MM/yyyy

Hi everyone,

I have a problem modifying Date format from M/d/yyyy to
dd/MM/yyyy I´ve entered the registry default settings and
changed the sShortDate and still get the incorrect format.
I´m getting the wrong date on a ASP aplication running on
the server.

How can I change the date format. I've been looking over
the internet for an answer and i can find anything
different from what i've already try.
