Date error

After the MS anti-Spyware was launched, I remarked that
the time and date of the last Spyware scan was:

December 30, 1899 at 12:00:00 AM.

I've Windows XP Professional SP2.

This beta is in english only, and doesn't understand a number of
localization issues. I believe that if functions correctly in all the
locales for which English is the standard language, but even in those
locales, it doesn't do well with non-default date formats.

That's a terrific symptom to report, though--thanks!
