DATE CRITERIA AUTO INSERT - ACCESS

I hope that someone will be able to let me know if this is possible?... and how

EXAMPL
Student Year 1 Start date = 03/04/200
If possible I am looking for a formulae that will automatically insert the students' year 2 training fee (£1,500.00) into the year 2 training fee field six weeks before the student Year 2 start date 03/04/2004

You could run an update query when opening the database
each day. This could be manual or have run once a day when
database is opened.
