Date changing utility needed

In 1999 I purchased a pretty nifty Japanese translation software (Fujitsu)
in a computer shop which went out of business. After the year 2000 it stopped
working until somebody wrote me a utility that would change the date back
before the year 2000, and revert to the present date upon leaving the translation
software. After reinstalling the hard drive in question, I noticed that the
utility program had gonec
Is there any software available that can do the trick in Windows XP (it worked
on Windows 98 SE)?
The person who wrote the utility isnft available anymore.

MacroMaker will let you set the clock and start your program with a hotkey.
You may have to create another one to set it back to the present, though.
Not sure. Not perfect, but it might help.
