date calculation

I want to calculate (+ or -)date. Clearly say,
30/06/2003-(minus sign)28/5/2002 = --years, -- months --
days.
How it will be possible. I want to see the result like
follows :
A1 cell B1 C1
30/06/2003 28/05/2002 -- year -- month -- days

How it will be possible for me? I'm very poor in Excel. So
let me clear it easily & please try to explain in details
as I can understand. I will be gratefull to you.
