I want to calculate the number of days between two dates by telling it to
subtract the date in (say) a2 from the date in A1. It's easy in Quattro Pro
(glad I still have it). But I can't find any way to do it in Excel 2000. Is it
possible? How? All of the date functions that I see require a date to be
entered into a formula as a literal between quotes.
