Datasheet view column hiding

Hi All,

I have a form that has a field I want to be hidden if you
dont have certain permissions.
I also want my users to be able to view the form in
Both 'form view' and 'datasheet view'.
The control is hidden in 'form view' but then the relevant
column becomes visible when I swith to 'datasheet
view'(stays hidden in 'form view').

The visible property is set to 'false'. I have tried to
use the column hidden and column width function - I either
get funny message or else it just doesn't work.

Any help will be appreciated,

Hi Ant,

Check this out - it has the code you need to lock this column to a zero
width:
