Dataset refetch?

Hi,

Can anyone please tell is there a refetch function for
dataset? What I want to do is, I have a dataset (only),
and I want to reload something from DB base on what it has
been loaded to it previously.
For example, I fill a dataset with dataadaptor by calling
a SP 'CustomerList', then I want to reload it
from 'CustomerList' again with a dataset only.

I doubt that it can be done too, just hope that someone
may have close work around.
