Datagrid set a text in a specific cell?

How can I in a cell see whether these am empty and if a text of me inside to
set? For example "100012" into the cell Row 3 column 3?

I work whit C# wondows Appl.

Sorry, I can't figure out what you mean, and I think the other can't as

My question is very simple i have a varaible str_myvariable and a will this
variable to set in a specific cells in a datagrid:

For example:

datagridfibuerfassen.xxxxxxx = strmyvariable;

this xx means that i dont know how i can set this.
