Datagrid Performance

Have any idea to improve the performance of datagrid?

I just show around 4 column and 10 row is seems slowly.
 
Datagrid performs very well. With that amount of data there should not be an
issue at all. The slowdown occurse elsewhere. This would be an excellent
moment to provide more details
 
As Alex said it is not an issue with datagrid. Try to implement a small
application with datagrid and you will see it too. To help you, please
provide more details.
