datagrid horizontal scrolling

Hello:
Hope you could help me on this.
I have a datagrid with 12 columns. I am displaying 8
columns and then I scroll to the right to see the rest of
the columns. When I scroll to see the rest of the
columns, the first columns are not visible unless I go
back to see them.

How can I always see by default the first 4 columns while
scrolling to the right or horizontally?

This is not possible by using the default DataGrid. There are some other 3rd
party grid controls who have this kind of functionality.
