Hi,

Can you place an array of strings (say, authors) in a datacolumn? If so,
what's the proper way to do so?

RosHawn,

No,

You can do it however than not use it by serializing it so a little bit
useless.

The proper way is to create a new datatable which is as well in your
database when it are variables.

Probably are you looking to a ms-Access equivalent.

I hope that this helps?

Not sure if you are trying to have one column's value as an Array - if so,
then no, you can't do it directly. However you could write the values of
the array into a column with a delimmiter for instance, or, if you are
trying to load a datarwo and all of the columns from an Array you can do
that, is that what you want? If so you can use the NewRowArray method for
instance.
