Databases in Biz Contact mgr and getting back to personal contacts

1. Is there a way to view databases as tabs and switch back and forth from
one to another? If not, what is best way to switch and see multiple
databases.
2. I can't get back to plain outlook once in the Biz Contact Mgr without
exiting the program, is there another way to do it?

Have you got the navigation pane displayed (assuming this OL 2007) view
menu\navigation pane\normal or Alt+F1 to toggle it on and off

(2) BCM is configured per Outlook Mail profile. If you want to use
Outlook with and without BCM create two Mail profiles (in Control
Panel) and then select the required profile when Outlook starts. You
can do the same to use different BCM databases, have a different Mail
profile for each BCM database. The Mail profile knows which database
it was configured for.
