Database Window

When I click on "Tables" and "Query" in the database window, everything is
fine . When I click on "Forms", "New" is grayed out. When I click on
"Reports" - "Pages" - "Macro" or "Modules", "Preview", "Design", "New" and
"Delete" are grayed out. How can I change this? I can't even create a new
form because of this.

The file might be *named* with the extension "MDB", but it is almost
certainly an MDE and design of code-based objects is not possible in an
MDE.
 
How can I reverse this?

Could this have something to do with a form replica? There's a replica form
and I attempted to delete it and I get the message: "You can't modify the
design of 'Training' at the replica" - Design changes to replicated objects
can be made only at the Design Master." Where is the design master?
