Hi All,
I have an ACCESS application (Access XP) that I am using
Office Developer XP to make into a runtime application.
I was concerned after making the mdb file into an mde
file in that the Database Window toolbar button is still
accessable. I found the instructions in Help - "Control
the display of the Database window" and had good results
but I have a question about something in the instructions.
In step 3, it says "If you have cleared both the Use
Access Special Keys check box and the Display Database
Window check box, replace the File menu with your own
custom menu. This prevents the Database window from
appearing when users repeatedly open the same Access file
from the list of most recently used files." I tied this
and Database window didn't show. What causes this
problem? Also, How do I make a custom File menu?
Thanks in advance for your help.
