database tutorial

Does anyone know of a good tutorial to get me started with databases. I
would like to see something that walks one through connecting to say and
access database and displaying the information on a form in a datagrid using
..NET 1.0 or 1.1.

Hi I recommend the ADO.NET book by David Sceppa and using
microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.adonet for a ng in quesitons about this.
