I created a simple Training database that keeps up with what kind of training
and where the training was held for each staff. I am not able to input
anymore data. Is there a default size to the databases and if so can I make
it bigger.

The maximum is 2 gig. I can't imagine a 'simple' database taking up that
much.

Have you (and do you regularly) compact the database? Tools, database
utilities, compact and repair.

No. There should not be any restriction that will stop you from entering
data like that. Do you get an error?

For specifics on how large your file can be, go to HELP and type
"specifications".

No I am fairly new with Access. There are 369 records with each record having
multiple training dates

I will compact the database and see what happens.

thanks for the info

No, I am not getting an error. It just will not let me input any data. It
just sits there

Not sure what that means.

When you open your form where you enter records, are you taken to a new
record or do you have the button at the bottom of your screen to adda new
record (>*)?

Can you add a record straight to the table?

What changed since the last time you were able to add records?
