Database Password

These question relates to the basic database password (Tools->Security->Set
Database Password) ........

Some time back there was some code available from a web site something like
www.tri??????.com, which allowed you to clear the database password. If I
recall correctly, the site was for an Access MVP. Does this code work on
Access 2000 databases? If so, does anyone know the name of the site I am
referring to?
