database module works for one, not the other machine

I have a database that was recently upgraded from MS
Access 97 to 2000. There is a module (that is run via the
use of a macro) that imports data from a text file it
grabs off a server. This module/macro works for one
machine/person, not the other. Both users have the same
access/priveleges/security, and outside of the database
both users/machines can access all of the involved servers.
Aside from physical differences in the machines, the only
other difference is the machine that doesn't has both
Access 97 and Access 2000 installed. Any assistance is
appreciated.
