I have a Access 2000 database which I use for addresses and familty details.
I am sole user of the computer and the originator of the file which was made
some years ago with no security restrictions. I had to reload Windows 2000P
and Access 2000 this year due to a Hard Drive crash. Now I find that I cannot
get into the file. In panic I have changed anything and everything I could
find to allow me read and manage the file to no avail. (Security is now
probably a total mess) It seems I cannot establish that I am the owner
/admin. etc. When I open my computer I do so without any sign -in so I assume
I am considered as the administrator
How can I get this back on track?
Thanks
