Open the VBA editor (type Ctrl-G), and select Tools... References from
the menu. This should show where the program expects to find this OCX.

This isn't a standard reference; if you're not actually using it,
simply uncheck the reference checkbox. If you are, use Windows
Explorer to find where MSCAL.OCX is actually installed and reregister
it, or if necessary reinstall it.
