Database Error While open

I am facing some problems with a database which is shared for 8 users(7
users have office 2000 and one user XP) in a network. Some times while
opening it shows that, "no module found", or some times it shows "the
database need to be repared or you have not opened.....etc", some times even
the records are getting deleted.
the database has one table and a form based on the same table, all the 8
users are using the same form.

how can I get rid of this problem...

Try compacting your database using Jetcomp, available at
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=273956

If that fails, try creating a new database and importing
objects from the old.

If that fails, you can try
www.pksolutions.com
or
Tony Toews' article:
