Database error when setting up small business accounting 06

I get an error when I try to setup small business accounting 06. there is not
details or solutions....any suggestions?

What is the exact error message?

And that is a useless message without context.

Is your BCM 2003 working in general and is your SBA 2006 working in general?
Is this happening only when you are trying to integrated teh two programs?

What is the exact version of your BCM 2003, including updates?

Yes I have updated through sp3...both bcm & small business is running fine.
Is this happening only when you are trying to integrated teh two programs?

Good, this gives us context since they run fine separately.

It sounds like an integration was previously attempted and ended in failure.
Are you using an account with admin rights? What firewalls and security
software do you have installed? Try to turn that stuff off.

There are logs that we can look at as well.

Can SBA connect to the company database using the same sbc file as used
in the BCM connection wizard?
