Database Criteria

I am using several database functions on my worksheet.
How can I enter the criteria in my criteria range so that
it is an exact match expression? Currently an entry of
Label A as criteria also includes Label A-1, Label A-2,
etc. I want only Label A.
 
Change the criteria to: ="=Label A"
