Hi
What version of BCM are you running ?Go to start > run > services.msc and
see if MSSQL$MicrosoftSmlbiz or Mssql$microsoftbcm is set to started .If
this does not work go add /remove program remove BCM and MSDE (if
present).Go to C:\Program files\Mssql Server Folder and rename the same to
Mssqlserverold then reinstall BCM
